BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The board of directors is responsible for the governance of WAVHub and provides oversight for the organization. The board of directors consists of WAVHub's CEO, CFO, and two independent directors. WAVHub's CEO is responsible for the day-to-day operations of WAVHub and reports to the board of directors. WAVHub's CFO is responsible for the financial management of WAVHub and reports to the board of directors. The independent directors are not affiliated with WAVHub and provide independent oversight.
